Miho Ryu is a New York based Dancer, Choreographer, and Teaching Artist, originally from Tokyo, Japan. Miho has choreographed and performed more than 100 works across the continents: Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, Austria, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, and the US, and received Best Dance Choreography Award from Oniros Film Awards® (2018). After 20 years of professional experience based in Japan, she moved back to New York in 2024. Her work has been presented at Dixon Place, Chez Bushwick, BAX, Chain Theatre, etc,. She is currently teaching at Peridance Center and Steps on Broadway.
